נולד ב-1972 בפתח – תקוה. אב לשלושה ילדים. מתגורר עם בת זוגו, טל, בהרצליה. טבעוני.

סיים תואר Bsc במדעי המחשב בטכניון. שרת בצה״ל בצוות מכ״ם במסגרת הנ״מ.  שירת בגדוד מילואים פעיל עד גיל 40.

בגיל 27 הקים את חברת סלקט אשר עוסקת בתחום הסלולאר. החברה פיתחה מערכות להעברת הודעות סמס בקצבים גבוהים וכן יכולות ופתרונות שונים לעסקים קטנים ועצמאים כגון יישום המספר הנוסף.  הוא משמש כמנכ״ל החברה החל משנת 2016.  החברה מעסיקה כיום מעל 50 עובדים בישראל. החברה מכרה מערכות SMS ו-USSD ליותר מ-50 מפעילים סלולארים בעולם. בנוסף הקים בשנת 2014 את סלקט תקשורת שהינה בעלת רישיון מפעיל תקשורת אחוד ממשרד התקשורת (בעבר נקרא מפעיל וירטואלי).

בעל ידע, הבנה וניסיון שנצבר ב-20 שנות פעילות בהיבטים חשבונאים, משפטיים, כח אדם, רגולציה וכספים.
